Terms of Service

Last updated: June 28, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CalARK, operated by CalARK. By accessing or using CalARK, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating or using a CalARK account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you’re using CalARK on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. The service

CalARK aggregates calendars from the Google and Microsoft accounts you connect into a single, unified view, and lets you filter, browse, and respond to events. The service depends on those third-party providers and on the access you grant; features may change, and providers may change or restrict their APIs.

3. Accounts & eligibility

  • CalARK accounts are created by an administrator. You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
  • Sign-in requires a password and an authenticator-app two-factor code. Keep these credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use CalARK.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Connecting third-party accounts

When you connect a Google or Microsoft account, you authorize CalARK to access that account’s calendar data to provide the service. Your use of those accounts remains subject to the respective provider’s terms. You can disconnect an account at any time within CalARK, or revoke access from the provider’s own security settings.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use CalARK for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
  • attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that aren’t yours, or probe, scan, or test the security of the service without authorization;
  • interfere with or disrupt the service, or impose an unreasonable load on our or the providers’ infrastructure;
  • reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service except to the extent the law expressly permits.

6. Intellectual property

CalARK, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by CalARK and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Your calendar data remains yours.

7. Third-party services

CalARK relies on Google and Microsoft and other service providers. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that calendar data shown will always be complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalARK will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CalARK harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using CalARK at any time; disconnecting your accounts removes the access you previously granted.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
